Ligingo set for a loan spell |
Goalkeeper Victor Ligingo will be sent out on loan in the 2014 season. The keeper, signed in 2013 July, was third on the team’s pecking order and the chairman elly Kalekwa, felt after the arrival of George Opiyo from Tusker it was prudent that Ligingo be sent on loan. However, a team to which he will be sent is still being sought. “We will send him on loan; he is a good keeper with the prospect of making it big in future and we can’t afford to lose such a player. It was our feeling that since we now have three keepers we take him to a club he will get a lot of playing time. We are still looking at options on where to send him”, the president said. He as well confirmed that Koko Manopi has been released. |
